This tract has 745 acres (plus or minus) and is located along Bear Creek Rd. west of Frisco City in Monroe Co. It has several different stands and age classes of timber ranging from mature sawtimber to one year old plantation. Bear Creek is a large creek with a sandy gravel bottom that runs through the tract. Access is by Bear Creek Rd (a county gravel road) and a good interior road system. The surrounding area consists of timberland and row crop land with some pasture. Deer and turkey hunting is very good with high quality bucks fairly common.
