This is the best timberland investment tract in Marengo County. The tract is loaded with pine plantations that are ready to thin. It is in the situated in the middle of the best pulpwood markets in the state. There are nice large wildlife food plots and a headquarters area that includes a 5050 metal building with a concrete floor and an office that has all wood interior. It will make a great camp and the metal shop will be great for tractors and hunting buggies. The tract has road frontage on Hwy 43 south of Linden.
