15 miles northeast of Bronte, Texas, off of Hwy 277, then south 4 or 5 miles down a caliche road. The terrain is flat, creek bottom pasture and with small hills along the east fenceline.
The vegetation is native rangeland with some improved grass, there are many large liveoaks & pecans along the creek. This is a good grass ranch with just the right amount of brush.

The 738.7 acres is cross fenced into 4 pastures of nearly even size ranging from 168.7 acres to 202.0 acres. There is a large cattle lot where all the pasture's come together in the middle of the ranch, this makes for very easy cattle rotation. The north fence is new.
Excellent deer, turkey, quail, & dove. The wildlife is plentiful & is bordered on 2 sides by a very well managed hunting ranch. On a recent visit to the ranch I saw over thirty deer, a large flock of turkey's (50-100) & six covey's of quail.
The minerals are surface only.
