The herd has been very well managed with a record deer harvested just last year scoring 260 B&C. In additional to Whitetail, Turkey, Hogs and Dove & Quail can be hunted on the ranch.
Both the surface and underground water on the ranch is very impressive. There is one lake which is approximately 6 +/- acres with an additional 4 nice stock tanks and a total of 3 water wells. The primary well is a 8 inch Queen City, outfitted with a 100 Hp electric pump. This well is capable of producing 500 to 700 gallons per minute. The well is currently used to maintain water levels on the lake and some of the stock ponds. The second well is a 4 inch outfitted with a 5 Hp electric pump and can produce 30+ GPM. This well is used to maintain water levels on 2 of the stock ponds. The third well currently not in use is said to be a 5 inch Carrizo with a depth of around 2400 feet.
