This has 3 Creeks and Gray Creek is year round with fish. The creeks have Hemlocks, Mountain Laurel, and Holly Trees. There is a bluff one above the creek with about 20 acres of flat land overlooking Gray Creek and the Canyon. On the back side of the 3'rd creek it is open wooods that slope gradually up hill. You are app. 10 miles to Soddy Daisy or 20 to Chattanooga. Utiliites are available at the end of the pavement where your road would start. An additional 47 acres are available.
