Tract 4: 48.42 acres. This tract lies entirely in West Virginia with great views and elelations as high as about 1,850' above sea level. It can be access from Ritter Mountain Rd. as well as West Virginia.
Tract 5: 141.23 acres. This tract is a mix of mountain land as well as rolling hills. It is ideally suited for recreational uses and has several good sites for a house or cabin. The tract is accessed via a deeded easement from Holiday Rd across Tract 3
Tract 6: 98.49 acres. This tract has a hunting cabin and pond on it. Little Brush Creek also runs through the tract. Part of the Tuscarora Trail goes through the tract. Access to this tract will be a deeded easement from Shockeysville Rd. through Tract 7.
Tract 7: 83.23 acres. This tract has several great building sites and a very nice stream running through it. A portion of the Tuscarora Trail also goes through the property. This tract has road frontage on Shockeysville Rd.
