Hunting: The ranch has been high game fenced for the past 5 years, in which the native deer population has been game managed under an MLD 3 permit. The owners have selectively harvested several cull bucks and does every year. There are hogs, bobcats, coyotes, and occasionally turkeys on the ranch. From Navasota, take FM 3090 approximately 9 miles, then turn left onto CR 401 and go approximately 1.5 miles. The deeded easement road starts on your left. Take the deeded easement road approximately 1/2 mile and the North East corner of the ranch will be on your right.
