7 house broiler farm located in Shelby County Texas. This farm is currently under contract with Pilgrims Pride, Nacogdoches Complex. They raise the 9-10 week bird. 6 houses are 40'x400' houses built in 1985, 1 40'x500' house built in 2005. The 400' houses has had feeders and drinkers replaced in 2016 along with the installation of quad heaters. These houses have roll seal doors, Chore time feeders, ziggity drinkers, and solid side walls. There is natural gas located on the property, 2 deep water wells, community water, 10,000 gallon water storage tank, 225 KW generator with automatic transfer, incinerator, litter barn, shop, main residence and a mobile home for farm worker.
