Cole Sand Creek Ranch is extremely well situated for a Registered Cattle Operation and Production Sales with excellent visibility from the heavily-traveled I-40 near Okemah, OK. The ranch is strategically located between two metropolitan areas (Oklahoma City & Tulsa) which enhance the marketing and bottom line on Sale Day. The ranchs picturesque white fencing and manicured grasses catch the eye for over a mile as you travel through the ranch. This is a true registered cattlemans operation with first class working, maintenance and sales facilities. The ranch infrastructure layout consists of the sale pavilion, three houses, equestrian stables and paddock, equipment buildings, shop, hay storage units, grain storage, bulk feed bins, poultry house, tack room, and enclosed cattle working area with scales. The sales pavilion has state of the art internet sales capabilities on site via the ranch owned commercial satellite, features a commercial kitchen to serve customers while awaiting the start of the production sale, and provides box seats for special guests.

Mr. Cole personally designed the cattle handling systems for working ease and animal care. The system starts with an outdoor grooming station then moves to the covered penning systems to calmly move the cattle through the sales arena and back to the outdoor holding pens. Custom load out facilities ensure the customers use of either truck or trailer hauling systems. State Agriculture schools have frequently used the facilities for Cattle Judging Contests and student training. These universities include Oklahoma State University, Eastern Oklahoma State University, and Connors State College to name a few. Local county 4-H and FFA organizations compete in cattle judging contests on the Ranch as well.

The tranquil life style of Cole Sand Creek Ranch is complimented with a fenced sportsmans area that includes a fishing pond and a specially designed shooting range for the avid hunter or marksman. Whitetail and turkey hunting is excellent along Sand Creek and the North Canadian River Basin. The ranch consist of quality bermuda grass, fescue and clover pastures on 690 Acres m/l with approximately 500 acres of exceptionally productive bottom land soils. The working facilities were designed to accommodate over 600 mother cows as the ranch acreage expands over time.
