This hunting ranch is located in great-looking deer country with rolling hills, good brushy draws and some higher elevation on Killer Deer Mountain. The native desert grasses and plants provide good forage for wildlife and beautiful colors when in bloom. The protein from nature's plants help to grow deer of excellent quality. There is an 8 X 30 foot cabin made from a railroad container. It has two bedrooms, four twin beds, and kitchen and bathroom facilities in the middle of the cabin. There is electricity, a 350 gallon water tank, a 1/2 hp pressure tank, a 50 gallon propane tank, four deer blinds, three feeders and three water troughs. There is a good road system. Currently, the owner gets piped water from his neighbor.

There are mostly whitetail deer and an occasional mule deer doe, quail, dove and other types of wildlife.
