This nice timbered tract is located about 4 miles south of the west Wilcox community of Sunny South. It is accessed off County Road 1 through a woods road which crosses Bear Creek west of the tract. Bear Creek, a beautiful year round flowing creek, basically forms the north boundary of the property as shown in the attached maps.. The timber consists of primarily loblolly pine plantation about 16 years old with some limited hardwood along Bear Creek. There are three established game plots on the tract at the present time. This is an excellent timber tract investment in addition to being a very good hunting tract. There are two access routes to the tract off County Road 1. The north route involves crossing Bear Creek which can be problematic with the creek up. The south route is much longer but does not involve crossing Bear Creek.
