The Long Valley Ranch in Lassen County is a very productive alfalfa producing operation. There are two ag wells, both producing approximately 3000 gpm. Currently 160 acres is in production, but there is potential to add 300-400 more acres of alfalfa or grass hay. The alfalfa produces 5-7 tons per acre. Irrigation equipment goes with the ranch. Ranch features include a three bedroom home, pole barn for hay storage, shop, horse barn and corrals. There is a sand pit on Long Valley creek, which runs through the property.
