The ranch is watered by 3 water wells, one well is equipped with solar panel and pump. The well has 1500 gallon storage and gravity feeds to poly trough nearby. The second well on the east side of the ranch is equipped with windmill. The windmill pumps into 2500 gallon black poly fresh water tank, then overflows into concrete reservoir. The reservoir gravity feeds to concrete water trough for livestock and wildlife. The water to the cabin on the property flows from the Poly tank at the windmill. The water line is new 1 1/4" poly line buried approximately 18". The fall from the windmill to the cabin is about 30' in elevation, so the pressure to the cabin is adequate. The 3rd well on the property is also a windmill, the windmill is in working condition, however the reservoir and trough have leaks and will be repaired or replaced prior to sale.

The property is has skid mounted 14'x 48' cabin/house located on the property. The cabin has water and electric in place. It is two bedroom two bath and full kitchen.
