The Section Ranch is 20 miles West of Uvalde, TX. and fronts Highway 90 for over 1/2 of a mile. This is a great ranch with excellent location. The ranch has been exclusively bow hunted for the past 7 years. There are multiple feed stations that provide protein and alfalfa to the game year around, and a series of 6 water troughs that cover every end of the property. A well built 40x80 metal barn serves as a storage and also houses the railer home on the property.

TERRAIN: Gently rolling with deep draws full of large oak, mesquite, and persimmon. The ranch is covered with high protein Guajillo and other native browse. A few sections of the ranch are cleared for seasonal food plots.

WATER: One 208 ft. deep well connects 6 troughs scattered throughout the ranch by a series of 1 1/2 inch poly line.
