From San Angelo take US Hwy 67 toward Mertzon for 9.5 miles, then turn left on FM road 2335, then proceed for 6 miles and turn right continuing on FM 2335, then continue for 3/4 of a mile and turn right on Guinn Rd, Continue on Guinn Rd for 9.4 miles to a lock gate for the easement to the ranch. The easement is 4 miles of caliche surface road to the ranch.
