This is a nice section which offers a mix of dryland farmland and grass. The native grass has a water tank with the water coming from the domestic well on the section south across CR E, which can be purchased separate or as a pair with this one.

There is a blacktop frontage on the east and a county road on the south. The fences around the native grass are in fair shape, but the perimeter fences will need some attention.
