The ranch is located approximately 20 miles southeast of Post, TX and 65 miles from Lubbock, TX. The property is fenced and cross-fenced with level to rolling pasture land to the north, going to the foothills of the Caprock on the south end of the property. A 22 acre field is located on the northeast portion of the ranch. Trees on the ranch include mesquite, cedar and hackberry. The ranch has a good cover of grass including buffalo grass, sideoats and tabosa.

The home on the ranch is a 1,900 square foot, two-story, log type house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and great porches front and back.
