This irrigated farm (632.5 acres more or less) is in an excellent location just off Hwy. 287, north of Cactus, Texas on paved County Road CC. This property has one mile of Hwy frontage on the south side and one mile of all-weather, county maintained road on the west side.

A. The owner has installed a drip irrigation system on the southeast quarter of the property covering approximately 156 acres
B. The drip lines are on 30 in. centers and is buried approximately 13 -14 in. deep
C. There are 24 zones within the drip line system
D. Each zone uses 150 GPM per zone
