The property has highwayfrontage on FM 1524 and FM 1055. Improvements consists of a 1996 1/2 mile Zimmatic sprinkler nozzled at 2,800 GPM, 60" centers and long drops. There are six wells (5 wells are equipped with 100hp electric motors and one well is equipped with a 496 chev.) and a 75hp booster pump to furnish water to the sprinkler from the earthen reservoir at he pivot. Wells had two new pumps in 1997, one new pump in 2002, and two new pumps in 2003. Wells were metered in 2004 (open discharge to earthen reseervoir) in a range from 600 GPM to 1300 GPM and wells are from 370' - 400' deep.
