All three tracts of land are located west of Leola, between Highways 9 and 46, southwest of Cox Creek Lake. Topography of the subjects is gently rolling to rolling. Soils consist mostly of Sacul and Smithton fine sandy loams with site indices of approximately 80 feet on 50 year base. Access is via woods roads off Highways 9 and 46, Lemons Trail off Highway 9 and Copeland Loop off Highway 46. Boundary lines were painted (red) in May of 2004. Contains a total of 63 acres, more or less. The North 63-acre tract has access via woods roads off Lemons trail to the west and Copeland Loop from the north and east. A pipeline runs across the southern part of the tract, and Cox Creek crosses property. Timber is a mature stand of native pine and hardwood.
