General Description:
The Gramling Tract is located in the Four Holes Community in Orangeburg County. The tract has a nice stocked pond with a small house, including well and septic. The house is in fairly good shape with lots of potential. It is surrounded by large pecan and magnolia trees providing plenty of shade. The area around the pond has nice mature pine and hardwood timber. The tract has a 25 acre field and is presently planted in corn and sunflowers. The field has been established as a good dove field and has fake telephone lines across the field to attract doves. The tract has excellent deer and turkey hunting as well. The Gramling Tract is only 65 miles from Charleston and 45 miles from Columbia.
