bluegill and red ear sunfish. The big lake is over 10 acres and is probably the

best bass lake in the county. The north lake is about two (2) acres. The property is just north of

Lake Lavon and is on a natural flyway for fall duck migration offering excellent duck hunting.

There are also feral hogs and deer on the ranch.

The house is about 3,700 feet under roof, and about 2,800 air conditioned. It has three (3)
