Wildlife abounds and hunting on the property has been limited for many years. Amongst the wildlife that has been spotted on the property are elk, moose, whitetail deer, mule deer, bobcat, turkeys, pheasants, quail, coyote, black bear, Hungarian partridge, cottontails, ruffed grouse and doves. Property is located behind a locked gate and only one other party has access.

The avid fisherman will love being so close to some of Idaho's best fishing holes. It's also only 15 minutes from some of the largest steelhead fishing in the US at the Clearwater River. Access to the property is only 3 1/2 miles off of US Highway 95 (3 miles up a paved county road and 1/2 mile on a county maintained gravel road to the gate).
