Located in the heart of the quail capital of the world, Los Vaqueros Ranch also comes with a good deer herd. The Property is entirely high-fenced and has that classic Mesquite mott country that all quail and deer hunters love. The ranch also has two separate comfortable cabins, each with sleeping quarters and kitchens.
They currently run a small cow herd on the Property, and there is an excellent set of pipe cattle pens located by the camp houses, a sizeable 20,000-gallon water cistern for water storage, and a concrete water trough in a trap.
There is also an excellent fishing pond just north of the houses, which is kept full by the electric water well with a submersible pump. The Los Vaqueros Ranch is accessed via a deeded access easement off FM 1017 by the Starr County line.
