W. corner of the said Austin five acre tract, said corner bearing S. 182.02 feet from a locust and hickory on top of a cliff; thence leaving said Austin five acre tract due South 247.25 feet to a point; a total distance of 1119 feet to the western line of said Route No. 80 right of way; thence with the said right of way line, the western line, in a northerly direction 257 feet to the point of BEGINNING, containing 6.42 acres, more or less.

This conveyance is made subject to all and singular the exceptions, reservations, covenants, conditions and limitations contained in all prior deeds conveying the above-described real estate, the same as though set forth herein in extenso.
