There are 3 homes on the ranch. The main ranch home with over 2800 sq ft has been completely remodeled and updated. The living areas of the home are ceramic tile and the bedrooms are carpeted. An open floor plan for the living, kitchen, and dining make the perfect set up for entertaining guests. Other features of the home include a fireplace in the living area, large bar between the kitchen and living area, knotty pine walls and trim, ceiling fans, and walk-in closets. Outside the main house there is an outdoor entertainment area with a bar-b-que fit and seating area. In addition to the main ranch house there are two other homes for guests or ranch hands. All the homes are on rural water and the main house has water pumped from one of the large surface tanks to be used for the yard.

About Lake Coleman
Lake Coleman is located on the Jim Ned Creek , 45 miles southeast of Abilene and about 13 miles north of Coleman. The surface area is 2,000 acres and maximum depth is 48 ft. It was impounded in 1966. The conservation pool elevation is 1717.5 ft. msl and fluctuation averages abut 3 feet annually but may have prolonged periods with dropping water levels. The normal clarity is clear to stained with visibility up to 4 feet. The aquatic vegetation is water willow and star grass when the lake is full. Predominant fish species are largemouth bass, white crappie, hybrid striped bass, channel and flathead catfish. The species are currently managed with statewide regulations. The largemouth bass, hybrid striped bass and flathead catfish fishing are rated good to excellent on this lake. Florida bass were introduced in 1985. Lake Coleman has a rocky shoreline with numerous points and ledges. Standing timber is abundant in the upper half of the reservoir.
