Hidden Canyon Ranch

LOCATION:

This property is located approximately 60 miles west of Kerrville, 20 miles southwest of the intersection of Hwy 83 and Hwy 41 (Garvin Store), or roughly 26 miles north of Leakey, at the end of Fm 3235, all in Real County, Texas. Access provided by deeded private road easement.

WATER:

There are two water wells located on the ranch, both with submersible pumps.

TERRAIN:

The terrain changes from being relatively flat on the north east portion of the ranch to rolling canyons on the south west. The ranch is covered with native grasses, oaks with other timber and brush which makes for great wildlife habitat. The road system is decent throughout most of the property and some brush clearing has been done through portions of the ranch.
