Access: Approximately 0.26 mile of frontage along gravel, County Road 285; the property is 0.3 mile west of State Highway 80. Interior access is good by an all-weather road to the location of the water well and electricity which near a former homesite. There are good senderos and clearings throughout the property. Land: Level to gently rolling sandy terrain with elevations from approximately 375 to 400 feet. The property drains from south to north and provides the watershed for the stock tank. The soils include fine sandy loam to loamy course sand (please reference soils map). Good stands of native grasses cover the property. The soils are suitable for horses.
Vegetation: Includes a mix of live oaks, post oaks, elm, mesquite and hackberry with various underbrush including algerita, prickly pear, tasajillo, granjeno, etc. There are some large oak trees and elms in the eastern quadrant. The western quadrant has mostly mesquites which provide a good cover for wildlife.
