WATER: Half a mile of the Medina BMA canal intersects the ranch. Medina lake discharges water from the lake to feed the canal. The canal was made to provide water for irrigation. This water source adds a unique feature to the ranch.

There is also 1/3 a mile of Water Creek and multiple other small drainage that feed into the river.

A small 1 acre tank was constructed on one of the smaller drainage`s. The creek and drainage`s offer an opportunity to build a larger lake.

TERRAIN: Moving east to west, the ranch gains elevation out of the lush river bottom giving way to rolling-level South Texas pasture and brush. The hills afford cover to the abundant wildlife. The up and down brushy terrain between this meandering creek and the irrigated pastures offers excellent hunting for whitetail deer, feral hogs, turkey, quail and dove. A water seep from the canal on the eastern edge of this area offers the potential for constructing a lake in the area below it.
