This tract has 580 acres (plus or minus) and is located on Co. Rd. 2 in Wilcox Co. near Pine Apple. The topography is flat to gently rolling and the soils have a high site index for growing timber. The timber is a mix of mature hardwood along a creek bottom and several different age classes of pine plantation.

The hunting in this area is excellent and the black belt soils grow large deer with large antlers. The turkey hunting is also very good.
