This tract is located in east central Screven County with frontage on Hwy 24 at Mercer Road. Tract is bordered on the back by Buck Creek and has some larger timber along creek. Access within tract is good with several game patches. Land consist mostly of ten to twelve year old pine/hardwood regeneration that will have merchantable value in the future. The area is known for it's good soils and great hunting with plenty of deer and turkey. There used to be an old grist mill on Buck Creek located on this tract.
