This tract is set in one of the most well known areas of the county for wildlife viewing. Hunting access in this area is Iimited due to large tract ownership and cooperation between landowners. There have been several nice bucks taken in this area that I'm aware of. With bear hunting opportunities now growing in Kentucky and Wayne County being included, this is also a good area for bears as there have been several sightings on this tract. Aproximately 225 acres of recently cut timber. Roughly 250 acres remain uncut (income potential) and the landowner has timber receipts he is willing to share data from. Open areas created through timber harvest provide opportunity for food plots or just let them regenerate for cover. This tract is priced right and worth a look.
