I love listing these sub $100K farms! I really like the ones that lay as nice as this one. This property is situated in a great area and directly borders crop fields to the north with big timber to the south. The timber was select cut in 2008 and now provides thick cover for the wildlife, however, the woods remain very diverse. Some areas were cut harder than others plus there are some areas of large mature pines. These transition areas from thick cover to more mature timber will benefit the deer hunter and create natural travel corridors to and from the crop fields that deer love to utilize. The big pines will be preferred roosting locations for local turkeys as well.
