Go 3.7 miles and turn left on Horseshoe Bend Road. Go 1/10th of a mile and stay left on Horseshoe Bend Road. Go 1.4 miles and turn right on Stripers Cove Road. Go to the end of the road and enter the Waterside development.

Directions to Auction sale site: From Halesford Bridge at Smith Mountain Lake, take Hwy 122 north to Moneta, Va. Turn right on White House Road (Rt. 608). Go 6.2 miles and turn right on Smith Mountain Lake Parkway. Go .9 mile and turn left on Deer Trail Drive. Go 1.3 miles and turn right Lake Retreat Road. Go .6 mile and turn right on Graves Harbor Trail. Follow that to the Conference Center at the end of the road. Conference Center is on the lower level of the Hotel/Conference Center.
