From Nacogdoches, drive east on either Highway 21 or Highway 7 to Chireno or Martinsville to FM 95. Drive north of Highway 21 on FM 95 for 3.8 miles or drive south of Highway 7 on FM 95 for 7 miles to County Road 392 at the Blackjack Community; then east for 2.8 miles on County Road 392 to the first gate on the left, just across the Scroggins Lake bridge. The property runs for about a half mile on the north side of County Road 392 to the Attoyac River bridge. San Augustine County Road 250 is on the east side of the River bridge.
