Location. This Western Hill Country ranch is located about 15 minutes from I-10 and the

city of Junction. It is about 2 hours from San Antonio and a little over 1.5 hours from San

Angelo.

Terrain. Mostly big hills with deep ravines and abundant woody species. There are

many long gorgeous views from the hilltops where you can see for many miles. This ranch has

lots of native trees including: red oak, live oak, shin oak, walnut, cedar, some mesquite, and

persimmon. There are native grasses including: sideoats grama, buffalo grass, curly mesquite,

Texas wintergrass, and yellow indiangrass.

Improvements. There are currently no improvements on the property other than the

exterior fencing. There could be access to electricity on the west fence line.

Water. There is one water trough with shared water from the neighbor. There are two
