Research Parcel InformationFrom the 530 Loop at Pine Bluff, take Exit 39 (Hwy 79) and travel southwest on Highway 79 for about 2.7 miles. The
gated gravel road is located on the right, at about 2.7 miles from I-530. To access the southwest side of the large parcel,
continue on Highway 79 for about 1 mile and take a right (west) on Spring Lake Road. Travel west for about 0.3 miles
and take a right (north) onto LaJolla Drive. The road turns west at the tract boundary (0.2 miles).
The smaller parcel of the property is located on the left side (opposite side) of Highway 79 about 0.5 miles past the gated
main entrance and fronts the highway for about 0.25 miles. Access to the east side (back side) of the smaller parcel is at
the end of Calloway Hill Drive, which can be accessed off of Sorrells Road.
