The McKinnie Ranch consists of approximately 535 +/- acres in the Southern Hills of South Dakota, an area where the plains turn into steep pine covered hills, rolling grassland, and spectacular red canyons. The acreage encompasses scattered timber, mainly Ponderosa Pine and Yellow Bark Pine, with grassy pastures throughout the property. The entire ranch is fenced with four strands of barbed wire. The property has a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house built in 1984. There is one water well on the property which feeds the improvements and is also used for stock water. In addition to the water well there are two stock watering ponds.
