Operation: Working cattle ranch with hay, irrigated pasture, and grazing land. Seller reports that the ranch can self sustain 150 pair (300 head) without any extra pasture or hay. The seller currently has a 20 acre permit from Idaho department of lands and 120 acres of private party grazing leases.
