The Round Tree Road East and West Tracts will be offered by lump sum sealed bid on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 10:00am. Bids may be submitted for either or both tracts.

The Round Tree Road East Tract is located four (4) miles southeast of Donaldson, Arkansas and is described as part of the Frl. NE of SW; Frl. NW of SW; Frl. SW of SW and W of SE of SW Section 21, Township 6 South, Range 17 West, containing 136 GIS acres, more or less, Hot Spring County, Arkansas (see attached maps). Access is frontage on Round Tree Road with woods road for internal access. Terrain is flat to gently rolling with a few small creeks. Timber consists of a mix of pine and hardwood, ready to clearcut. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages eighty-six (86) feet on silt and fine sandy loam soils. Tract offers immediate timber income and hunting / recreation opportunities.
