This tract is in a very private location with a mixture of natural Hardwoods and Pine Plantations. It is an excellent tract for recreation and hunting activities. A very large beautiful perennial creek bisects the tract named Taylor Creek. Located minutes from the Westel Exits on I-40, the tract is easily accessible to the Knoxville market. Recent Inventory estimates 9,000 tons of pine products on ±155 acres of plantations and ±19,000 tons of hardwood on 450 acres. Minerals are owned by a 3rd party, Plateau Properties.
