The home was foam insulated completely. (roof and exterior walls) All existing drywall and ceilings were removed and replaced with new drywall throughout. (walls and ceilings) The kitchen, dining and living rooms all have structurally and aesthetically designed 9' 'pan ceilings.

All existing plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems (including wiring and duct work) were totally removed, and replaced, per code, with new upscale systems, including modern fixtures, electrical systems, and plates.

The original air handling system, equipment and duct work have been totally removed and replaced with new per code, and with applicable 10 year manufacturer's warranty.

The kitchen cabinets and pantry are custom designed, built, and installed by a local cabinet maker, having roll out drawers/shelving throughout. Includes a custom designed large center island with a quartz top. Entire kitchen cabinets have a full height subway tile backsplash.

The stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, exhaust hood and farmers sink) were all new at the time of reconstruction. (2017)

Both existing bedrooms have full baths with custom ceramic tile wainscot and showers.

Master bath includes a professionally designed, constructed and installed 8-6 double vanity, with quartz countertop and full width mirror.

Home includes ceiling fans (9) in every living area except the bath and second bedroom bath.

The 24 x 13 combination sitting/craft room, having an additional storage closet of 4 x 12 +/-, can be very easily, and inexpensively, be converted to 2 additional bedrooms, with an additional bath and walk-in closet, if preferred or necessary, making the home 4 bedrooms, with 3 baths.

A fully finished 26 x 20 screened porch, having a fully foam insulated new roof, along with an additional uncovered patio grilling porch 7 x 6, was added to the structure at the time of reconstruction. Screen porch is fully electrified and includes two 52 ceiling fans.

The oversized, (24 x 28) fully finished (wood wainscot and drywall walls and ceiling) 2 car garage, was constructed in 2018, which includes an 8 x 24 +/- fully insulated and conditioned office/craft area at the rear. Two 9 x 7 garage doors, with operators. Garage attic provides a good deal of easily accessible floored storage.

A new metal sided 10 x 20 Handi house work shed, with butcher block work bench, was placed on an existing concrete slab in 2018. The roof has been foam insulated to reduce the summer heat.

A new 8 x 12 potting shed was built in 2020. Both of these buildings have windows for natural lighting and are fully electrified for productive and practical use.

The homes backyard is planted with numerous producing fruit trees and bushes. Everything from lemon, lime, peach, pomegranate, etc., etc.
