Amenities are too numerous to mention each one. Everything at this time is geared toward the show lamb industry but could be adapted for many uses. Largest barn is a chicken barn that has been converted to resemble holding pens at large stock shows. There are rows of pens and alley ways that extend the length of the barn. The front portion of this barn has a concrete floor and is used for feed and supply storage. There are aprox 15 two or three sided sheds along with several portable carports for shade located in other pens and traps. All of the pens are connected by an alley way and lead to a larger holding area. There is another large barn that is used for lamb sales complete with a place for the auctioneer, plenty of room for seating and also has restrooms. This barn is tall enough for RV or trailer storage if needed. Along with all of these improvements there is still plenty of land for grazing or crops. Fully fenced and cross fenced.
