The Calhoun County 80 Tract (Listing #5043) is located five (5) miles northeast of Calion, Arkansas and is described as SE of SW, SW of SE, Section 6, Township 16 South, Range 13 West, containing a total of 80 acres, more or less, Calhoun County, Arkansas (see maps).

Access is woods road from Calhoun County Road 131. Terrain is flat. Pine site index averages eighty-eight (88) feet (base age 50) on silt and fine sandy loam soils.
