Planted 2010 31 +/- ac (this is the 35 acre parcel at SE corner that can be sold separately)

Planted 2009 114 +/- ac

Site index per NRCS data for Loblolly pine ranges from 84 to 90.

There are approx. 125 acres sprayed, burned and replanted in 2020 winter. There are 30+ acres in a small hardwood drain.
