This small farm offers so much. It is down the road from the 400 plus acres of Oak timber that has strict QDM management. Across the road from a strictly managed farm. The neighboring 80 acres is so thick for great bedding. This farm has a great corridor with the creek bottom moving from the large thick block of timber through this farm to a large block of timber less than a mile away. The deer jump the fence into this farm all the time. I was on the farm July 20, 2017 and with no food on the farm I jumped 6 different bucks. There is over 12 acres that has a CSR2 of over 50, this would provide some income and maybe leave some for a food plot for the deer. This farm is an awesome small farm with QDM all over the area.
