A unique tract with a lot of potential. West part along road heavily timbered in cedar. East portion is scattered smaller trees and native grass. This land has had no agricultural type use, no livestock or cultivation, in several years. Some boundaries fenced, some not. It offers a lot of potential and needs some clearing and reclamation. Can be a very secluded homesite with a lot of pasture or perhaps more than one homesite. No present driveway entry to land from the county road. Will need to install culvert and driveway. It does not have a current agricultural tax exemption and has not had for some time. No practical way to drive over the place. Best to either walk or use 4 wheeler to inspect.
From Greenville: Hwy. 380 West . Right/North on CR 1063. Cross railroad tracks and go about a mile further North. Property on right, see our sign, it is the first tract you will see heavily overgrown in large cedar trees
