This land is not on or in a flood zone or flood plain according to FEMA, but we did notice a wash on the south side. The previous owner said over the time she had it, she noticed it never was there and now it is. We suggest you ask the county how to navigate through that. Unless you like the wash- which some people do. This area, like most of Arizona, does get heavy monsoon rains a couple times a year- so if you're moving here from Nebraska, please research monsoons for any property you are looking at.
