Vegetation: The river and creek bottoms of the ranch are covered in large hackberry, post oak, white oak, live oak, and mixed brushes. On the plateaus and rolling hills, the landscape is comprised of mesquite flats and native grasses.
Terrain: The ranch is comprised of about 40% productive river and creek bottoms and 60% rolling plateaus. There is approximately 4.6 miles of the Little Wichita River and 15 miles of creeks and drainages meandering through the ranch. The change in elevations between the creek bottoms and plateaus add to the beauty of the property.
