We always talk about any negatives. One thing that isn't a negative is the home and improvements...great design and meticulously maintained. The 3,200 foot elevation does mean some occasional winter snow and 6 inches is not uncommon. The higher elevation also means it will be a lot cooler in the summer. The property is at the far eastern portion of Squaw Valley, so travel time to the valley is a bit longer...about an hour. The area around the home has all been cleared but there is about 3.5 acres that has dense vegetation...nice terrain but it needs clearing if you want to have expanded uses of that portion of the property. That's about it for negatives.
